Newspaper of Torrance, CA and the Torrance Performing Arts
Consortium.

The medallion is presented to the seven scholarship winners from the
groups who were selected for excellence by the Torrance Performing
Arts Consortium. They are solid sterling silver and hanging from French hand
dyed silk ribbons. They were first created this year, 2006, and will
continue to be presented each year to scholarship winners.
